Standard Terms and Conditions,
Qualifying persons,
The Competitions are open to ALL persons aged 18 and over and the age of majority in their country of residence excluding the Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, agents, or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of our Competitions.
Promotion Period:
Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please see each Competition for details of start and end times and dates
Entry:
You will need to register for an account with us, and enter your full name, email address, and phone number to be entered into the competition at www.thedreambikecompetition.co.uk
These details will be used to contact you if you are a winner so be sure to enter them correctly.
And purchase a ticket, by making an online payment on the website.
Entries can also be made by the free entry route outlined below.
All Tickets are non-refundable.
You may enter as many times as you like throughout the Promotion Period providing each entry is accompanied by the new purchase of a ticket.
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete, or late entries.
Please be aware that some credit card companies consider betting transactions as ‘cash’ payments, and may charge you a cash advance fee.
Check with your card issuer for more information. The Dream bike competition will not be liable for these charges.
The Prizes:
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™ may operate multiple prize draws at any one time, each prize draw category will have one specific prize.
All prizes must achieve a minimum sales within the promotion period (closing date) as stated on the website.
In the event of minimum sales not being reached, (typically the full RRP of the prize on offer or 80% in ticket sales)
It is at DREAM BIKE COMPETITION’s discretion to conduct the draw.
The draw will close and it will not be extended or rolled over, ever!, and The Winner will receive 75% of the Total Proceeds of the relevant competition.
Prizes supplied by Supporting partners:
(Supporting partners ie Bike shops, Brands, or Athletes)
Prizes listed on the Dream bike competition website connected to our supporting partners will be subject to a minimum sales clause.
It is at the supporting partner’s discretion if a prize has reached sufficient sales to be drawn.
If sufficient sales are not reached and the supporting partner declines to award the prize.
The Dream bike competition will conduct a cash alternative draw, whereby the winner will receive 75% of the total sales.
Delivery:
Global shipping is offered.
(Any additional VAT/taxes/import duties costs due in the destination/country) will be the responsibility of the Main Prize Winner.
(But in many case’s we will try an source your bike from the main winners country of residence 😉)
For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum value that Dream Bike Competition will be liable to pay for or towards any prize is the UK current RRP of the prize.
The Prize will be arranged by The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ or one of its selected promotional partners.
Delivery of the Prize will be at The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION’s discretion
Receivership will be dependent on the date of the winners, confirmation of the order. And will be subject to the brand and model/size chosen.
Please note that if the Winner decides to do this, delivery may take up to (or even exceed) 6 months for certain bikes.
Cash Alternative:
Should the Main Winner not wish to take the Main prize (including Featured Bikes or other prizes listed, but excluding actual cash prizes), The Cash Alternative can be claimed.
The Cash Alternative is 75% of the Featured Bikes/prize’s current retail price.
Further more, In the event that the dream bike chosen is not a brand we can source then the option to receive the cash alternative will be offered.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) in the following circumstances:
1, other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection:
All valid entries received by The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ during the Promotion Period will moderate all entries.
The moderated entries will then be entered into a draw.
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ makes a live winner announcement Every Monday at 830pm and can be watched at www.facebook.com/DreamBikeCompetition
Winner Notification: All competitions.
Winners will be contacted via phone and/or the email address provided upon entry within 14 days of the live draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact.
Instant winners are notified of their win in their order invoice email and a separate email, And must claim their prize by messaging Dream Bike Competition.
All instant win prizes are settled at the end of the promotion.
In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ reserves the right to disqualify that winner.
Moderation:
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION will reject entries that, in the reasonable opinion: contain any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation or goodwill of DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ or any brand partner; including trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.); defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ (including its partners); and promotes any political agenda
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ is satisfied with the verification.
Only one order per person per transaction will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of ‘brute force, ‘script’ or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems that can be programmed to enter), and entries that do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent.
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Nothing shall exclude DREAM BIKE COMPETITION’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, DREAM BIKE COMPETITION reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Vulpes Media limited and which prevents DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ from complying with these terms and conditions DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ reserves, the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold.
If the Competition is canceled, DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor).
Where the Entry Fee is returned, DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X, (formally known as Twitter). You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and that Facebook, Instagram, or X has no liability for any element of this Promotion.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the competitions and promotions on www.thedreambikecompetition.co.uk are not endorsed, sponsored, or in any way linked to the brands or the companies that own the respective brands and trademarks.
The winner will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.
If you are the winner of the Promotion, you agree that Dream Bike Competition may use your name, image, and county of residence to announce the winner of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
The name and county of the winner will be available at http://www.southcoastsuspension.co.uk/previouswinners within 10 working days of the Live Prize Draw (these details will be available for a minimum of 3 months) or by sending an email
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
The DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.

Only one postal entry per person per postcard will be accepted.
All free entries must be received before the close of the competition, Any, entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any Entry received.
Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the free entries are processed, all details MUST match those on the account to which they are to be added.
A member of DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ will check the Po box for all free entries on Mondays only. No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete, or late entries.
The details in these Terms and Conditions are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Any changes made will not place existing entries at a disadvantage. In this case, all entries will have the same chance of winning.
The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions have been drafted for use by DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ and DREAM BIKE COMPETITION™️ only. Plagiarism of these Terms and Conditions will result in legal action.
